Conference Formats – Information

Paper Sessions

Paper presentations are grouped thematicaly in 60-minute sessions. Each session has four presentations, allowing for individual presentations of 15 minutes, including questions and discussion. Each session is moderated by the session chairperson which is indicated on the conference program. 

Laptops will be provided in each conference room and presenters are asked to bring their presentation on a USB in PowerPoint or PDF format. You will need to transfer your file to the  computer prior to the start of the session.

Workshop session

Workshops aim to enable interaction between the participants and the presenters. They can include a brief presentation of research of practice and also active expereiences with an innovative teaching practice or tool. Workshop will have a duration of 60 minutes and participants will be required to register before.

Poster session

The poster session will take an informal format and will take place during the coffee break so that participants can interact in a more relaxed format. The poster can be up to size A0 (portrait) and pins will be available to arrange the posters in the room. The poster session will be 45 minutes long and poster authors need to stand next to their posters during the time to interact with participants.
